Creating A Dwelling Place for Yah

Yahweh is in the restoration business, and the Bible is a record of His efforts to get us back into His Presence.  The Bible can be summed up as an account of Yah's acts to get man back into His ideal environment.  It tells of Yahweh's basic desire: I want a place on earth where I can put My Presence again because I need to rescue this malfunctioning machine called  'man'.

And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you, and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of righteousness: That they may walk in My statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be My people, and I will be their Elohim (Ezekiel 11:19-20)

Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have of Yahweh, and ye are not your own?  For ye are bought with a price; therefore, glorify Yahweh in your body, and in your spirit which are His.

Everything Yahshua did was to get Yahweh's presence back into man's experience.  This is why He had to shed His blood.  Yahweh's temple had become unholy, so Yahweh had to cleanse us and make us holy again through the sacrifice of His Son.  We cannot qualify to receive the presence of Yahweh into our lives until the Blood of Yahshua cleanses us and makes way for the return of Yahweh's spirit to our human spirit.

Know ye not that ye are the temple of Yahweh, and that the Spirit of Yahweh dwelleth in you? (See 1 Corinthians 3:16)

Through Yahshua, we gain access to every part of Yah's dwelling place.  He is the sacrifice, the blood, the dwelling place, and the presence of Yahweh.  He also is the One whose death destroyed the veil that separated Yahweh's dwelling place from His people.  Now everyone has access to Yahweh -- everyone, who accepts the free gift of grace that is made available to us through the life, death, and resurrection of Yahshua, the Messiah.
